New Investment Management Program Helps Commericial Real Estate Companies Increase Quality and Profit


New York, NY August 25, 2004 -- The New York based development team of EMCS today announced they have begun marketing nationwide a hybrid portfolio of retail property management products and services to Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) and other US-based land investment and development companies.

EMCS (External Market Control Systems) is a survey-based consumer marketing program that helps commercial real estate professionals track and control the quality of service retailers make available to their customers on a daily basis.
